Entry fees are taken at the time of entering a draft. If the draft is not guaranteed and does not fill before draft lock time, the draft will be canceled and all entry fees will be refunded.

You may leave an unfilled draft or unfilled tournament draft at any time by selecting ‘Leave Draft’ from the Summary tab inside the draft. Once a contest has filled, you can no longer leave it.

You cannot leave Dream Team or scheduled tournament contests.

When you enter a public contest in the lobby, you will be matched with other players who have entered that same contest. For when filled contests, you may continue to enter the same contest size and entry amount. As the contests fill, you will be matched with players who join that size and amount as well. For H2H drafts, you can only be matched with the same opponent for the same entry amount and slate once. For example, if you enter the $1 H2H NBA draft five times, you’ll be matched with the next five unique opponents that enter $1 H2H NBA drafts.

Some $1 drafts in the lobby are only available to beginner players. A beginner player is someone who has entered less than 20 drafts in one sport, or 50 drafts overall.

Experienced: Players with a black shield over their avatar have entered 500 total drafts OR have played 6+ drafts AND Won $2500 or more.

Highly Experienced: Players with a red shield over their avatar have entered 1000 drafts OR won 4+ $1000+ prize drafts.

There are different rules for ties depending on the contest type.

For H2H contests, ties lead to an equal split in prizes, with no commission taken. An example of this would be:

• If two players tie in a H2H with an entry of $5, then both players win $5.

For Multiplayer contests, ties lead to a split in prizes between only the players that tie. An example of this would be:

• In a 6-person draft that pays out $45 to 1st, $27 to 2nd, and $18 to 3rd place - if the 2nd and 3rd place teams tie, they equally split the sum of the 2nd and 3rd place prizes. In this case, each would receive $22.50.

For tournaments, prizes are never split. Each matchup has a definitive winner. If the scores are tied at the end of a contest, the tie will be broken by:

• The team that has the highest scoring individual player
• If there is still a tie, the team that has the 2nd highest scoring individual player will be the winner. Then 3rd highest, and so forth until the last player on the roster.
• If all of the individual players on the tied teams have the exact same number of points, the winner will be whichever team had the later pick in the first round of the draft.

Drafts are done for a given game slate. The slate’s start time and the number of games for which you are drafting can be seen at the top of the lobby as well as on the join screen when you go to enter a draft.

You can enter Head to Head drafts up until 6 minutes before the start of games. This ensures that drafts are able to complete before games begin.

The lock time for drafts is based on the number of participants. It is calculated like this:

Time games start - [(30 seconds) x (number of picks in the draft) + 60 seconds]

For example, if a game slate starts at 7:30 pm, you’d be able to enter a 6-person draft until 7:14 pm

A 6-person draft will have 30 picks. The maximum time to make all of these picks would be 15 minutes (30 seconds each). There is a 1 minute countdown before the draft starts. That makes it a maximum time of 16 minutes for the draft to complete, so the draft would have to start by 7:14.

Tournaments lock 10 minutes before the first round draft time.

Your roster must be composed of players from at least two different teams.

Once players are drafted to your team, they cannot be replaced. There is no free agency, substitutions, or trading. A player may only be changed if he is eligible for a Player Swap. The only exception to this is that you can edit your Dream Team lineup up until the first game of the slate is scheduled to begin.

If a player is traded to a team that is playing in that same slate of games as his original team, the player will receive points on their new team. If a player is traded to a team that is not playing in the same slate, the player will receive 0 points, but is eligible for a Player Swap.

Player pools are as is. We do not add or remove players from a player pool. For example: If a player isn’t on an MLB roster because they are currently in AAA, they will not be included in the player pool.

If a player is missing, we may close out contests that have completed, refund unfinished ones, and create a new player pool for that set of games.

Contests are paid out at night after all players in your contest have completed their games. For example, if you have an NFL draft where no Monday night players were drafted, it will be paid out late Sunday night. If you or any opponents have a Monday player your draft will be paid out late Monday night.

For tournaments, rounds and drafts are not officially closed out until all players in the round have played. For example, your NFL semi-final draft is complete after the Sunday night games, but players in the other semi-final draft have players for Monday night football. The round will be closed late Monday night to ensure all players that round have the same point totals.

Scoring revisions will be applied up until the contest or round ends. At the time of payout, all stats are final and any future scoring revisions will not apply.

You can withdraw your money at any time through the app or website if your balance is $10 or more. You can request your withdrawal through PayPal or by eCheck (We will e-mail you a check that can be deposited digitally).

To conduct a withdrawal, go to settings and click withdrawal.

We strive to process all withdrawals within 48 hours. If you do not see it in that time frame, please reach out to support@draft.com.

Please note that we first refund back to the method of deposit if the option is available and then send winnings through your desired method of withdrawal. If you deposited with PayPal, you’ll see the refund instantly upon processing. If you used a credit card to deposit, you will see the refund reflected on your statement in 1-3 business days from date of processing.

If you no longer have the card you deposited with please email support@draft.com and notify the team of this prior to withdrawing. If the email is not sent prior to withdrawing and a refund is issued before you send the email, it is the responsibility of the user to recover the funds where they were refunded.

In order to be approved to have your funds sent to a source other then the one you deposited with you will first have to play through your last deposit by entering contests. If requesting to another PayPal account that account will also need to be in your name.

eChecks will be sent to your verified DRAFT email 2-3 business days after your withdrawal is processed.

All withdrawals are subject to anti-fraud checks on playing patterns and deposits prior to processing. We reserve the right to hold a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected.

Please limit yourself to 5 withdrawals per month. More than that may be subject to a $5 charge per withdrawal.

Each player on DRAFT is allowed one account and “multi-accounting” is expressly prohibited. If DRAFT determines that you have used or controlled more than one account, any or all of your accounts may be terminated or suspended and any prizes you’ve won may be revoked or withheld.

There are a variety of behaviors that are detrimental to DRAFT and other players on the Service. Engaging in those behaviors may result in suspension of some or all functions associated with your account. Suspended players are expected to respect the disciplinary actions imposed on their accounts and all communication regarding restoration of your account should take place via the support@draft.com email account.

Use of unauthorized scripts is prohibited on DRAFT.

While we try to ensure that DRAFT is functioning smoothly at all times, like any online service, we may periodically experience periods of outage or slow performance. These can sometimes result in an inability to access the Service, problems picking players, or problems entering new drafts. If you’re unable to access the Service, please report the problems by emailing us at support@draft.com.

If you registered with a promotional code and have received bonus cash, you will see it in your profile page. All bonus cash expires 90 days from 1st deposit. Bonus cash is released into your main money account at a rate of 4% of entry fees in paid out drafts. For Best Ball and Tournaments, bonus cash is released once the Draft or Tournament is filled. You will not receive bonus cash on H2H ties.

Bonus Cash Example: You enter a $100 NFL H2H draft. When all games have been played and the draft pays out, $4 will move from your bonus cash account to your main account where you can use it to enter drafts or withdraw.

In January each year, all winners who have won $600 or more (net of all entry fees) over the previous year on DRAFT may be required to provide an updated address and social security details. These details will be used to file a 1099-MISC with the Internal Revenue Service.

DRAFT reserves the right to cancel contests at our discretion, without any restrictions.
